Pulse Barre Studio is a boutique fitness studio.
We specialize in teaching barre fitness classes.
Each class provides a unique and powerful workout, which strengthens your muscles, and transforms your body.
Our barre fitness classes are a combination of ballet and pilates. We focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.
Barre is a very safe, and low impact workout.
The movements we use will strengthen and tone your body to help give you long, lean muscles!
