What is Pulse Barre Studio?
Pulse Barre Studio is a boutique fitness studio that focuses on a unique and powerful workout, which strengthens your muscles, and transforms your body.
Our barre fitness classes are a combination of ballet and pilates. We focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.
Barre is a very safe, and low impact workout
that will strengthen and tone your body very quickly!
